Dr. Michelle M. Braun, Ph.D., ABPP-CN, MBA, is a Harvard- and Yale-trained, board-certified clinical neuropsychologist, author, speaker, and creator of High-Octane Brain™—The Cognitive Vitality System.

For more than two decades, Dr. Braun has dedicated her career to helping people better understand, protect, and optimize brain health. She currently practices within a healthcare-based Memory Disorders Clinic, where she evaluates individuals with memory concerns and neurological conditions, guiding patients and families through some of life's most challenging transitions.

She has also held academic appointments as an instructor with Harvard Medical School, Marquette University, and Carroll University.

In addition to her clinical leadership, Dr. Braun has played an active role in advancing the field of neuropsychology nationally. She has served in numerous leadership positions within professional organizations, helping shape policy, reimbursement standards, advocacy initiatives, and best practices related to cognitive assessment and brain health. She currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Alzheimer's Association of Wisconsin and has contributed extensively to public education efforts focused on proactive brain health and dementia risk reduction.

Dr. Braun is the author of High-Octane Brain: 5 Science-Based Steps to Sharpen Your Memory and Reduce Your Risk of Alzheimer's, an Amazon bestseller that received a starred review from Library Journal. She has authored or co-authored numerous peer-reviewed publications and is co-editor of the fourth edition of Clinical Neuropsychology: A Pocket Handbook for Assessment.
